Riess received a Master of Business Administration Degree at St. Thomas
University in St. Paul, MN in1990. He also holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree which he received from Iowa State University in Ames, IA in1983
and an Associate in Applied Sciences Degree, State University of New
York, Cobleskill, NY in 1979.
He is presently working at
Melford Olson Honey Inc.
in Minneapolis, MN as the Chief Operating Officer and proprietor, where
he responsible for all aspects of manufacturing, new product
introduction, market and sales planning, distribution planning, brand
management, and general business operations.
He is also involved in the following
